Angry, Ky immediately picked up a glass and threw it straight at Mr. Trung's face, causing serious injuries to the victim with a disability rate of 53%.

After committing the crime, Ky fled the locality, so the Criminal Police Department - Provincial Police issued a nationwide wanted notice. During his time on the run, Ky traveled through many localities such as Khanh Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City and even Cambodia. Recently, when receiving information that the subject had returned to Ho Chi Minh City, the Criminal Police Department - Provincial Police arrested and extradited him to serve the investigation.
