Attending the ceremony were Colonel Tran Van Hung, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; Mr. Nguyen Khoa Hai, Secretary of Phu Giao District Party Committee; and leaders of agencies, departments, unions of the district and the communes of Vinh Hoa, Phuoc Sang, Tan Long.
After the review and field survey, the District Military Command coordinated with Vinh Hoa, Phuoc Sang, Tan Long communes and related departments to complete the documents and procedures and proposed the Provincial Military Command, the Political Department of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army to support funding for house construction for 3 cases: Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan, a 4/4 disabled veteran, residing in Phuoc Sang commune, was supported with 80 million VND to build a gratitude house; Mr. Bao Thi, a poor household residing in Tan Long commune, was supported with 60 million VND to build a solidarity house; and Ms. Trinh Thi Dan, a near-poor household residing in Vinh Hoa commune, was supported with 60 million VND to build a solidarity house.
