Attending the workshop were representatives from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (DTC), the Provincial Library, the University of Information Technology and Communications, the University of Education (Thai Nguyen University), and the management board of relics in Dong Hy district, Song Cong city, and Thai Nguyen city.
At the workshop, there were 5 presentations on the role, purpose and significance of 3D digitization and building an online database of provincial-level relics in the area, supporting management, preservation, storage, promotion of traditional educational values and socio -economic development.
This is one of the provincial-level scientific topics implemented in a new form, applying virtual technology, with 30 relic sites in 9 districts and cities of the province selected (of which Dai Tu district has 3 relic sites, Dong Hy 3, Dinh Hoa 1, Phu Binh 8, Phu Luong 2, Vo Nhai 1, Thai Nguyen city 4, Song Cong city 3, Pho Yen city 5).
The presentations affirmed the benefits of 3D digitization of relics, bringing readers and viewers a visual and detailed experience of each relic in terms of space, historical and cultural values...
The implementation of the Project is the basis for documenting historical and cultural relics, introducing and promoting the image of heritages, land and people of Thai Nguyen to domestic people and international friends, contributing to socio-economic development associated with tourism development in the province.
