The highlight of the opening ceremony is the live performance art program “ The Golden Color of Tam Coc - The Fragrance of Land and Love of People”. The program is a vivid musical picture, exploiting the natural beauty and life of Tam Coc farmers, honoring the cultural values ​​of the region. Traditional dance and music performances along with the peaceful countryside scene will bring an emotional folk festival, combining tradition and modern creativity.

The rehearsal received many positive responses from the organizing committee members about the art program, especially the unique features and new elements that are very suitable for this year's theme. Along with that, the organizing committee members also contributed ideas about ensuring performance duration, improving stage layout, actors' costumes, lighting effects, etc.

Speaking at the rehearsal , Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Song Tung highly appreciated the efforts of the members of the Organizing Committee, departments , branches, localities, businesses as well as artists. He emphasized that after 5 years of organization , Ninh Binh Tourism Week "The Golden Color of Tam Coc - Trang An" has become a unique and distinctive brand of the province. Therefore, he requested that all artistic activities, costume colors and stage layout must ensure brand recognition, especially the characteristic yellow color of rice.

In order for the opening ceremony to be successful, contributing to spreading the image and brand of the land and people of the Ancient Capital, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Organizing Committee and the performing unit to seriously absorb comments and suggestions, promptly adjust the incomplete points, and at the same time ensure absolute safety and control the sound and light quality well during the official opening ceremony.

Ninh Binh Tourism Week “The Golden Color of Tam Coc - Trang An” is an annual event held since 2018, coinciding with the time when the golden rice fields are ripening along the Ngo Dong River - one of the five most beautiful rice fields in Vietnam. This year, the rice fields are artistically shaped into the painting “Carp Jumping Over the Dragon Gate” covering nearly 10,000 square meters, expressing the aspiration to rise up and honoring the unique culture of the ancient capital Hoa Lu.
