Delegation of Hanoi city offers incense at the Ancestral Temple of President Ho Chi Minh, Nghe An province

This activity opened the working trip from May 22 to 24 of the Hanoi City Delegation to Nghe An Province to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday and the National Lotus Village Festival in 2025. Within the framework of the working trip, the delegation will also carry out many meaningful activities towards the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), to pay tribute to the dedication and sacrifice of heroic martyrs and those who have contributed to the country, therebyeducating revolutionary traditions, patriotism, national pride, raising the sense of responsibility of all levels, sectors and people of the Capital in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

At Chung Son Temple, with the traditional morality of "when drinking water, remember its source" of the Vietnamese people, the delegation of Hanoi city held a ceremony to offer flowers, incense, and commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the altar, the altars of family members, paternal and maternal relatives of Uncle Ho's family, expressing respect and deep gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh, as well as his parents, siblings, and ancestors.

Next, the delegation continued to visit other relics in the Kim Lien Relic Complex - a special national relic. At the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site in Kim Lien (Nghe An), the Hanoi delegation performed the flag-raising ceremony and commemorated President Ho Chi Minh.

On the occasion of the 135th anniversary of Uncle Ho's birthday, each member of the delegation expressed their sincere respect and infinite gratitude for the great contributions of the genius leader of our Party and people, the outstanding activist of the international communist and workers' movement, who devoted and sacrificed his whole life for the cause of national liberation, class liberation, and the struggle for peace and happiness of the Vietnamese people and people around the world.
