Accordingly, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism assigned the Ministry's Office to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to organize a conference to disseminate and thoroughly understand the Law on Archives and provide training on document, archive and state secret protection in 2025.

According to the Plan for Organizing the Conference to Disseminate and Thoroughly Understand the Law on Archives and Training on Professional Document, Archiving and Protection of State Secrets in 2025, the purpose of organizing the conference and training is to disseminate and thoroughly understand the Law on Archives in 2024 (effective from July 1, 2025) and documents guiding the implementation of the Law; training on document, archiving and protection of state secrets for leaders, civil servants and public employees of agencies and units under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

At the same time, enhance responsibility and foster professional expertise for leaders, civil servants and public employees performing clerical work, archiving and protecting state secrets at agencies and units.

Organizing conferences and training sessions must ensure practicality, quality, effectiveness, and the right audience and components.

The reporter is an expert and manager in the field of documents, archives and protection of state secrets of the Ministry of Home Affairs (Department of State Records and Archives) and the Ministry of Public Security (Department of Internal Political Security).

Participants are representatives of leaders in charge, specialists in charge of monitoring, performing clerical work, archiving and protecting State documents of agencies and units under the Ministry (each unit has from 2 to 3 people); The total number of delegates is expected to be 200 delegates.

The conference to disseminate and thoroughly understand the Law on Archives and Training on professional skills in document management, archiving and protecting state secrets in 2025 will be held on June 2, 2025 in Hue city.
