Binh Thuan: Striving to achieve the goal of welcoming over 11 million visitors in 2025

The objective of the Plan is to mobilize the participation of all levels, sectors and tourism service businesses to effectively implement the 2025 Tourism Stimulus Program; Promote growth in the number of visitors and tourism revenue, strive to achieve the target of welcoming over 11 million visitors to the province in 2025, associated with the development of trade and services, stimulating the consumption of domestic goods, especially locally produced goods; Enhance the experience for tourists through rich, diverse and quality tourism programs.

At the same time, promote and diversify tourism promotion activities to introduce and promote the image of the homeland, people and attractive, friendly tourist attractions of Binh Thuan to attract tourists with the theme "Binh Thuan - Endless experiences".

The plan is implemented based on 4 main contents including: Incentives on prices, services, enhancing experiences for tourists; Organizing activities and events to attract tourists; Linking destinations, products and services to develop tourism; Organizing seminars to develop products, surveying new destinations and tourism products and services; Strengthening destination management, ensuring environment, security, order, safety and rights of tourists.

In particular, in addition to encouraging tourism service businesses to have special preferential policies for customers and applying other forms of promotion depending on the actual situation of the business, Binh Thuan plans to organize many activities and events to attract tourists such as the National Youth Vovinam Championship, the National U16 5x5 Basketball Championship, the National Youth Vovinam Championship, kite surfing week, Binh Thuan Province Street Folk Culture Festival, Street Music, Kate Festival 2025, Dinh Thay Thim Festival, etc.

The plan also aims to link destinations, tourism products and services to develop tourism; organize seminars to develop products, survey new destinations and tourism products and services such as: Organize Famtrip program to survey tourism (Caraval form) Binh Thuan - Lam Dong - Dak Nong; Organize Photo Tour program Binh Thuan in 2025; Strongly develop new types of tourism with potential such as nursing tourism, health care (Wellness); combine tourism with meetings, rewards, seminars, events (MICE), high-end sea sports tourism, agricultural /ecological tourism, cultural tourism - festivals...

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to develop a detailed plan to implement assigned tasks to ensure compliance with the set goals and progress. Synthesize and report to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Provincial People's Committee on the situation and results of the implementation of this Plan by the end of October 2025.
