Seeking comments on the draft Circular promulgating National Technical Regulations on Hydropower Works

Implementing the Electricity Law No. 61/2024/QH15, dated November 30, 2024 (effective from February 1, 2025), the Ministry of Industry and Trade organized research and drafted a Circular promulgating the National Technical Regulation (QCVN) on Hydropower Works. On March 28, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Official Dispatch No. 2206/BCT-DCK on soliciting comments on the draft QCVN on Hydropower Works.

To ensure compliance with the regulations on the order of development and promulgation of QCVN in the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations, the Ministry of Industry and Trade publishes information on drafts to widely collect opinions from relevant agencies and organizations.
