The Emulation and Reward Board, the Standing Office of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council, has received submissions and documents from agencies, units and localities requesting State-level rewards for collectives and individuals.
Specifically, Ms. Truong Tu Phuong, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Dai An Joint Stock Company, was proposed by the President to be awarded the title of Labor Hero.
1 collective and 1 individual were proposed by the President to be awarded the First Class Labor Medal, including: People and officials of Hai Duong City and Mr. Le Dinh Long, Secretary of Hai Duong City Party Committee.
The Cooperative Union of Hai Duong province, the Management Board of Con Son - Kiep Bac relic (Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the province), the Veterans Association of Hai Duong province and Mr. Luu Van Ban, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Viet Hai, Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee; Cao Ngoc Quang, Chief Inspector of the province were proposed by the President to be awarded the Second Class Labor Medal.
Collectives and individuals proposed to be awarded the Third Class Labor Medal by the President include: Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, Director of Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Mr. Vu Van Tung, Director of Department of Transport; Mr. Trinh Van Thien, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association; Mr. Bui Hoc Anh, Head of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Le Van Can, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Bo, Deputy Director of Department of Science and Technology; Mr. Le Xuan Huy, Vice Principal of the Provincial Political School; Mr. Pham Quang Hung, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Kim Thanh District; Mr. Nguyen Van Hong, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Chi Linh City; Mr. Pham Van Tuyen, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Gia Loc District; Mr. Pham Thanh Hai, former Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; Mr. Tuong Duy Long, Director of Dai An Joint Stock Company.
To ensure regulations on emulation and rewards, the Provincial Emulation and Rewards Committee organizes to collect public opinions on the above groups and individuals. This is also the basis for the Provincial Emulation and Rewards Committee to advise the Provincial Emulation and Rewards Council to submit to the competent authority for decision on rewards. Feedback from organizations and citizens must be sent to the Provincial Emulation and Rewards Committee and the Department of Home Affairs (No. 1 Do Luong Street, Quang Trung Ward, Hai Duong City) before April 10.
