Pre-tax profit increased by 16% over the same period

According to the report at the Conference to summarize the work in 2024 and deploy the tasks in 2025 of Lam Thao Super Phosphate and Chemical Joint Stock Company (Supe Lam Thao) held recently, the company representative said that in the context of many difficulties and challenges, Supe Lam Thao has been proactive and flexible in managing production and business activities, always closely following the actual situation, providing effective management solutions in all aspects.

Thanks to that, Supe Lam Thao has promptly overcome difficulties, exceeded many planned targets on revenue and profit, improved the material and spiritual life of employees and fully contributed to the State budget.

Specifically, Supe Lam Thao's sales and service revenue in 2024 reached 3,580 billion VND, equal to 105% of the annual plan, equal to 100.3% over the same period. Budget contribution was 85 billion VND, equal to 170% of the annual plan, up 136% over the same period.

Supe Lam Thao's pre-tax profit reached VND 215 billion, equal to 158% of the annual plan, up 16% over the same period. Thanks to the increase in profits, the average income of the company's employees has also increased continuously, reaching an average of over VND 17.35 million/person/month in 2024, up 19% over the same period in 2023.

The highlight in 2024 is that Supe Lam Thao continues to invest in research and launch specialized fertilizer products for coffee trees, forestry trees and fertilizer products for urban agricultural production. The company has built and consistently operated a stable product price policy, ensuring the harmony of interests between manufacturers - distributors - consumers.

In order to express gratitude and connect more closely with customers, in the past year, the Company has organized for distributors and units that purchase fertilizer products on credit to visit and study in the United States and Bali (Indonesia); continuously organized promotional programs "Chance to win gold when buying Lam Thao fertilizer products" and "Chance to win money when buying Lam Thao fertilizer products" for consumers nationwide.

In particular, in 2024, the Company invested in and put into use a 5,000m2 Experimental Garden project with a modern greenhouse system, planned into areas for growing a variety of vegetables and fruits according to the urban vegetable growing model, hydroponic systems, aeroponics... This is also a demonstration point for the effectiveness of Lam Thao fertilizer on many types of crops and is an impressive sightseeing and destination for farmers and customers in the cultivation of clean agricultural products.

In 2024, the Company successfully applied the facial recognition timekeeping solution to raise awareness of labor discipline among officers and employees throughout the Company, contributing to making salary calculation and benefits transparent, fair and accurate.

The company also invested heavily in building laundry rooms, washing machines, dryers, etc. to wash and dry protective clothing for workers, thereby improving working conditions and enhancing the health and spirit of workers.

Also in 2024, for the first time, Supe Lam Thao organized a 5-day study tour for 62 outstanding employees of the 2023-2024 period in Singapore-Malaysia, thereby creating an exciting competitive atmosphere and strengthening solidarity among the staff, workers and employees at the enterprise.

In 2024, Lam Thao Superphosphate and Chemical Joint Stock Company actively participated in humanitarian, charitable and social security activities such as: Supporting Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, giving gifts to wounded and sick soldiers; contributing to the Vietnam Chemical Group Social Security Fund, helping the poor, supporting localities to overcome the consequences of natural disasters and floods.

Provide financial support to renovate and repair communal houses, pagodas, and churches in the area. Join hands with the locality (Lam Thao district, surrounding communes and towns) to repair and build new residential cultural houses; build civilized urban areas, etc. The total amount of support for these activities is more than 5 billion VND.

In 2024, the Company was honored as "Top 5 Asia- Pacific Outstanding Brands" and "TOP 5 - Asia Green Growth Enterprises 2024" by the Editorial Board of Asia-Pacific Economic Magazine and prestigious domestic and international organizations in Ho Chi Minh City.

Supe Lam Thao was also honored with the “TOP Industry 4.0 Vietnam – I4.0 Awards” for the 3rd time in 2024, organized by the Institute of Innovation and Digital Transformation under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA) in collaboration with the Vietnam Automation Association in Hanoi. In addition, the Company also received many other noble awards from all levels and sectors from the Central to the local level.

On the eve of the new year 2025, the company recently organized the Gala Program "Welcome New Year 2025" with many practical and impressive activities to celebrate the company's excellent completion of the 2024 production and business plan.

On this occasion, 33 officers and employees of the Company received the Creative Labor Certificate from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Creative Labor Certificate from the Company's General Director.
