Revealing 59 valedictorians and salutatorians of the 2025 high school graduation exam groups

According to exam score data from the Ministry of Education and Training, this year the country has 59 valedictorians and salutatorians in traditional groups A, A1, B, C, D, of which 1 candidate is a double valedictorian in both groups A1 and D.

According to the traditional blocks including A00, B00, A01 (Math, Physics, English), C00 (Literature, History, Geography) and D01 (Math, Literature, English), 9 candidates achieved a perfect score of 30/30 points.

With D01, the valedictorian scored 29 points. The valedictorians of C00 and A01 scored 29.75 points. Among them, the top candidate of D01 group is also the valedictorian of A01, Nguyen Viet Hung, 12th grade English major, Chu Van An High School for the Gifted, Hanoi .

The only valedictorian of block B00 is Tran Duc Tai, from Ca Mau , a student at Nguyen Khuyen Secondary and High School, Ho Chi Minh City.

How to calculate high school graduation exam scores

After knowing the score, candidates can calculate the high school graduation score as follows:

Graduation score = [(total score of 4 subjects + total incentive score)/4] + average score of all school years] / 2 + priority score (if any).

After completing the 2025 high school graduation exam score lookup, if you notice any abnormalities in the exam scores, you can consider filing a review application.

Candidates wishing to review their exam papers must submit their applications from July 16 to July 25. The re-marking of the exam papers (if any) will be completed by the examination boards no later than August 3.

After knowing the exam scores, candidates can register their admission wishes online from July 16 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28. Candidates can register, adjust, and add their admission wishes an unlimited number of times.

Candidates' wishes to apply for admission to all training institutions are registered by major, program and are ranked from 1 to the end. All wishes are processed on the system, each candidate is only admitted to the highest wish among the registered wishes when ensuring the conditions.

From July 29 to 5:00 p.m. on August 5, candidates must pay the admission fee according to the number of admission wishes online according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training .

This year's high school graduation exam took place on June 26 and 27 with the participation of more than 1.1 million candidates, an increase of nearly 100,000 compared to last year.

This is a special exam with two sets of exam questions for two groups of candidates according to two different programs: the 2018 and 2006 programs. This is also an exam with a record number of subjects with 14 subjects, of which the 2006 program has 9 subjects, the 2018 program has 13 subjects.
