The final night of Miss Vietnam 2024 was held in Hanoi after a 4-month journey across three regions of the country, from Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hue, to the heroic land of Quang Tri and back to Hanoi.
Journalist Phung Cong Suong, Editor-in-Chief of Tien Phong Newspaper, Head of the Organizing Committee of Miss Vietnam 2024 affirmed that Thang Long - Hanoi is a sacred and splendid land, witnessing the birth and development of the Miss Vietnam contest.
“In the past few days, 41 Miss Vietnam contestants from all over the country have gathered in Hanoi, continuing their journey of discovery and absorbing the cultural values of the thousand-year-old capital - the City for Peace. So that in the future, no matter where you go, you will still remember Hanoi, love, cherish and be proud of the beloved capital,” emphasized journalist Phung Cong Suong.
Sticking to the theme "Radiant Vietnam" and the four pillars "Beauty - Culture - Intelligence - Dedication", the final night of Miss Vietnam brought the audience to a cultural space full of art through a stage inspired by the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long.
41 contestants performed in Ao Dai and swimsuit and then 32 contestants were selected to continue to the evening gown competition. After the evening gown competition was the second qualifying round. From the 32 contestants, the Organizing Committee announced the list of top 25 contestants to enter the national final round of Miss Vietnam taking place in Hue city next June.
Sharing about the number of 25 contestants in the final round, journalist Phung Cong Suong said: “We always emphasize quality to select the contestants in the final round who are truly outstanding and outstanding in many aspects. With a small number of contestants but high quality, we believe that the professional and artistic factors of the upcoming final night will be guaranteed.”
The top 25 contestants entering the national final round of Miss Vietnam 2024 include: Nguyen Thanh Thao, Tran Ngoc Chau Anh, Pham Thuy Duong, Nguyen Phuong Chi (Hanoi); Ho Ngoc Phuong Linh (Ha Tinh); Nguyen Thi Van Nhi (Hai Phong); Ha Thi Giang Thanh (Quang Ninh); Le Hoang Khanh Linh (Tuyen Quang); Hoang Thi Hien Nhi, Nguyen Mai Phuong (Yen Bai); Nguyen Phuong Nhi, Pham Thi Thanh Xuan (Hue); Dinh Hoang Linh Dan (Da Nang); Tran Thi Huyen Co, Hoang Thi Tu Anh (Nghe An); Nguyen Thi Thu Hang, Phung Thi Huong Giang (Thanh Hoa); Doan Thi Dieu Huyen, Vo Thi Thanh Binh (Quang Tri); Ha Truc Linh (Phu Yen); Tran Minh Thu (Kon Tum); Nguyen Hoang My Van (Ho Chi Minh City); Vo Doan Bao Ha (Dong Nai); Le Thi My Dung (Kien Giang); Bui Thuy Nhien (Vinh Long).
