Filmore Development Board of Directors adds new female member

(Dan Tri) - At the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on July 8, Filmore Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (Filmore Development) elected Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Giang to the position of Independent Member of the Board of Directors for the 2025-2030 term.

This is a strategic turning point, demonstrating the orientation of improving leadership capacity and developing corporate culture in depth.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Giang is a leading expert in the field of human resource development and corporate culture. She used to hold the position of General Director of Talent and Culture at Mekong Capital - an investment fund famous for its human development strategy.

Ms. Minh Giang is currently a corporate culture advisor for Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ), a member of the Board of Directors of Gelex Group, and an advisory member of the Board of Members of Tan Hiep Phat Group. At the same time, Ms. Minh Giang is the co-founder and CEO of Newing - a company specializing in consulting, leadership training, and corporate culture building.

The appointment of Ms. Minh Giang not only opens a new chapter in Filmore Development’s leadership structure but also affirms its commitment to gender diversity and thinking in corporate governance. This is also the first time a female leader has joined Filmore Development’s Board of Directors, bringing a breath of fresh air with a humane, sensitive and open perspective; essential elements in the context of a constantly fluctuating market.

Also at the General Meeting, Filmore Development announced the end of Mr. Le Quang Phuc's term as a member of the Board of Directors. Although leaving his administrative position, Mr. Phuc will continue to accompany the company as a senior advisor to the Board of Directors. At the same time, the Board of Directors also acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Han Suk Jung, approved by shareholders through a written vote.

Thus, currently, the Board of Directors of Filmore Development consists of three members: Mr. Nguyen Tan Danh - Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Doan Viet Dai Tu - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors; Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Giang - independent member of the Board of Directors.
