Young people combine traditional musical instruments with Western musical instruments

Operating for nearly 15 years, the Guitar Club of Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy is a common artistic home, where future doctors and nurses exchange and share their passion for music . Besides the "singing to each other" sessions, the Club also creates a playground for young students inside and outside the school, spreading the love of music to everyone.

Coming to the music night "The Way" were students, teachers, doctors, staff of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy and former members of the Club, who share the same passion for music.

With more than 20 performances, the young members of the Medical Guitar Club conquered the audience with their talent and passion for music. Not only good singing voices and guitar playing ability, the members of the Club also play other musical instruments such as drums, cajon, piano, organ, zither, flute, ... with domestic and foreign music. Especially with the performance "Mother loves child" - a unique performance when the members of the Club combined traditional ethnic musical instruments with Western musical instruments. The emotional sound of the zither, the flute mixed with the organ, piano and sweet voices moved the whole audience with the love of mother, love of homeland, country.

DHP English Center, the sponsor of the show, awarded 10 scholarships for pronunciation and communication courses to students with good academic results, the will to succeed in life and a love for music. A portion of the profits from the show will be used to support patients at the Oncology Hospital of Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy.
