Long Chau and Novartis cooperate strategically to create a healthy future

(Dan Tri) - FPT Long Chau and Novartis Vietnam signed an agreement to elevate their strategic cooperation relationship, working together to provide advanced medical solutions and treatments, improving the quality of healthcare for Vietnamese people.

At the event, FPT Long Chau and Novartis - a leading pharmaceutical company in medical innovation - shared their persistent journey for the community: improving healthcare standards and medical innovation to improve the lives of patients around the world and in Vietnam.

The two sides affirmed to continue to work together based on medical science resources, technology and extensive network, to carry out the mission of providing public health care widely and effectively, especially for people with chronic diseases.

Within the framework of the event, the two units and the Ho Chi Minh City Pharmacy Association launched a training program for Long Chau pharmacists with the theme: "Accompanying chronic patients to live healthy in all four seasons".

Accordingly, the program will train and reach more than 18,000 Long Chau pharmacists, improve frontline practice capacity, equip them with updated medical knowledge and in-depth consulting skills, focusing on 4 common chronic disease groups: hypertension, type 2 diabetes, heart failure and dyslipidemia.

At the same time, medical experts will guide pharmacists on how to use drugs safely, support patients in complying with treatment, thereby improving long-term treatment outcomes. In particular, in-depth training courses will be taught directly by leading experts from leading hospitals nationwide, ensuring practical application and effectiveness in the community. This is a clear demonstration of the shared vision between Novartis and FPT Long Chau in focusing on patients, putting public health first, and joining hands for a healthy Vietnam.
