Luc Yen launches campaign to enrich and clean up land database

On the morning of October 18, Luc Yen commune launched a campaign to enrich and clean up the national land database in village 11.

The campaign will run until November 15, 2025, requiring information in the national land database to meet the criteria of "correct - sufficient - clean - living - unified - shared". The land database of Luc Yen commune will be synchronized centrally, connected with the national population data and other databases.

The working group of Luc Yen commune carried out a campaign to enrich and clean up the land database in village 11.

People proactively bring their land use right certificates and citizen identification cards for the working group to enter data into the management software. At the same time, a list of households that are borrowing capital with assets (land use right certificates) as collateral at the bank is made.

Authorities, local governments, and villages review administrative processes and procedures, focusing on internal procedures to reduce paper documents, reuse information from land and population databases and other databases to resolve administrative procedures on land and assets attached to land of the people.

The campaign helps standardize data, improve monitoring capacity, quickly resolve land disputes and complaints, and strengthen people's trust in transparency in land management. Data cleaning and synchronization is the basis for managing land use status, helping people easily carry out administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal and the VneID application.
