Localities said that in the coming time, they will continue to closely follow the tasks assigned by the Central Government, the province, the Party Committee, and the People's Councils of communes and wards to deploy key tasks in the last months of 2025; ensuring to achieve and exceed the assigned tasks and targets in 2025.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan highly appreciated the efforts and results that the communes and wards have achieved in recent times; at the same time, emphasized that the localities all have great room for growth, especially in the fields of high-tech agriculture , processing industry, renewable energy and commercial and service urban areas.

To exploit these potentials, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan suggested that localities need to be more proactive, determination must go hand in hand with action in the spirit of "thinking deeply, doing big"; building and implementing plans to exploit growth drivers to create breakthroughs in local socio-economic development in the coming time.

In particular, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan noted that An Khe, An Binh wards and Cuu An commune need to have orientation and early build modern urban - commercial - service areas, creating budget revenue; speed up the progress of implementing projects, urgent infrastructure works such as connecting traffic works, irrigation works, riverbank anti-erosion embankments, wastewater treatment works, garbage collection and treatment; especially disbursing public investment capital associated with ensuring quality and efficiency of capital use. Urgently review and complete the local master plan to serve as a basis for managing synchronous technical infrastructure development, at the same time be proactive in building a list, implementing investment work inside and outside the budget; ensuring savings, efficiency and meeting the long-term socio-economic development goals in the locality. Along with that, localities need to proactively propose projects associated with the potential, strengths and actual conditions of each locality, ensuring efficiency, feasibility and synchronization.

Along with that, localities need to focus on researching, mastering and effectively implementing the tasks that have been decentralized and delegated; proactively handling according to their authority, and regularly coordinating with specialized departments, branches and sectors to receive guidance and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles arising in practice; boldly propose major contents and breakthrough solutions to promote socio-economic development, associated with ensuring national defense and security in the area. Actively carry out investment promotion work, ensuring the feasibility and effectiveness of projects. Proactively research and propose investment plans for transport infrastructure, urban embellishment, development of commercial, service, industrial and tourism spaces suitable to the potential of each locality. Strengthen land management, resolutely prevent and handle the encroachment of public land and illegal construction; Improve the efficiency of domestic solid waste management, expand the scope and frequency of collection, and thoroughly treat spontaneous waste collection points to improve the living environment and urban image. Strengthen and perfect the apparatus towards being close to the people.
