Luong Thi Thuy Dung crowned Miss Southeast Asia Business 2023

On the evening of March 31, the final round of the Miss Southeast Asian Businesswoman 2023 contest took place in Da Nang City.

During the final journey of the competition, 35 contestants went through difficult challenges with a series of activities honoring beauty, affirming the entrepreneurial spirit in the new era. The judges evaluated the candidates on their leadership ability, business vision, creativity and ability to cope with challenges in the business field and provided opportunities for the contestants to meet, learn and interact with each other.

Through the Ao Dai, talent and sharing rounds in the talk show and evening gown, the contestants were scored by the judges for each activity.

Immediately after the top 15 were announced, the top 5 were also selected to answer questions from the competition's judges in the behavioral section.

Making it into the top 5 of the contest are contestant number 019 from Laos, contestant number 014 from Myanmar, contestant number 070 - Do Anh Sa from Vietnam, contestant number 009 - Luong Thi Thuy Dung from Vietnam and contestant number 008 - Ngoc Thanh from Vietnam.

In particular, in response to the question of judge Nguyen Phuong Nga - President of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations , contestant Luong Thi Thuy Dung (candidate number: 009) completed her performance excellently.

Specifically, when asked the question "Can you tell us why you want to become Miss Southeast Asia Businesswoman?", Luong Thi Thuy Dung shared: "I want to become Miss Southeast Asia Businesswoman because I want to inspire and encourage women across the region to be confident in their own beauty, both inner and outer.

In particular, I want to use my success in this beauty pageant to reach out to female entrepreneurs or those who have the passion and desire to become successful female entrepreneurs, encouraging them to boldly express themselves and shine their own beauty. Besides, I also want to experience life not from the position of a businesswoman but from that of a beauty queen - a beauty...".

Right after the question and answer session of the competition, the highest position was called the girl from Buon Ma Thuot, Luong Thi Thuy Dung. She achieved high scores and received compliments from the judges after the self-introduction, image improvement (self-makeup) when attending community events, Ao Dai, question and answer, talent, experience sharing - business activities...

The following titles were named in turn: 1st Runner-up belonged to Pham Thi Ngoc Thanh (SBD 008) and 2nd Runner-up belonged to Do Anh Sa (SBD 070).

After the final night of the competition, on the morning of April 1, 2023, the contestants attended a farewell ceremony for embassies, contestants from Southeast Asian countries and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang.
