• "A warm and secure home" – The dream of Ms. Hanh and her children.
  • A warm and comfortable home in early spring.
  • A warm and secure home - Bringing comfort back to a life of poverty.

In their twilight years, while many people are reunited with their children and grandchildren, Mr. and Mrs. Banh still rely on each other, living alone and suffering from illness. Their old house is in serious disrepair: the roof leaks, the walls are crumbling, the floor is low, and every time it rains, their worries only multiply.

Mr. Pham Van Het, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Gia Rai Ward, presented a symbolic plaque for "A Safe and Secure Home," encouraging Mr. Banh's family to stabilize their lives.

At 78, Mr. Banh has almost lost his sight, and his legs are weak due to osteoarthritis, making walking extremely difficult. Mrs. Noi is also elderly, her health declining, and her back hunched with age. Their already difficult lives have become even more desolate as they have lost seven children one after another; their remaining child struggles to make a living and cannot provide constant care.

Local residents and authorities came to celebrate with Mr. Tran Van Banh's family on the day they received their new house.
