In recent days, the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command and border posts stationed in the border area have coordinated with local Party committees, authorities, units, businesses and philanthropists to organize many Mid-Autumn Festival activities and give gifts to children in the border area.
The program not only creates a joyful and exciting atmosphere for children to welcome a meaningful and warm Mid-Autumn Festival in the difficult borderland, but also shows the concern of the Border Guard force and local Party committees and authorities for the future generations of the country, while encouraging children to strive to overcome difficulties and excel in their studies and life.
On October 5, the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command coordinated with the local Party Committee and authorities of Ia Rve border commune and Vietravel Tourism Company, Dak Lak branch, to organize many Mid-Autumn Festival activities for teenagers and children in the area.

With the theme " Border - Happy Mid-Autumn Festival ", Mid-Autumn Festival activities were held in a joyful and bustling atmosphere with exciting and meaningful activities such as: dancing, singing, telling stories of Hang and Cuoi, organizing folk games, quizzes, lion dances, giving gifts to teenagers, children and students in the programs "Helping you go to school", "Adopted children of Border Guard Station ", "Godmother" and "Army officers and soldiers help you go to school"...
Currently, through the programs: "Helping children go to school", "Adopted children of Border Guard Station", "Godmother" and "Army officers and soldiers help children go to school", Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard coordinates with families, local authorities and schools to sponsor 134 children in Ia Rve commune.
Over the years, the sponsored students have been actively practicing, studying well, and helping their parents. In particular, many have overcome difficulties, won many awards and achieved high results in provincial competitions.
At the program, the units presented 150 gifts, each worth 150,000 VND, to students in difficult circumstances so that they could have a warm Mid-Autumn Festival and at the same time encourage them to excel in their studies.
Nguyen Ngoc Nha Uyen, a 7th grade student at Nguyen Thi Dinh Secondary School, shared: "We feel extremely happy and proud when the Mid-Autumn Festival is held in the mountains and forests of the Fatherland's border, and we receive meaningful Mid-Autumn gifts from the leaders and delegates. These gifts are truly meaningful in both material and spiritual value, contributing to encouraging us, the students in the border area, to have more motivation to excel in our studies and life."

Chairman of the People's Committee of Ia Rve Commune Nguyen Van Hoa said that Ia Rve is a border commune, the people's lives still face many difficulties. The leaders of Ia Rve Commune thanked the Provincial Border Guard and the units for not minding the long distance to come to the border to organize the Mid-Autumn Festival program for the children of the local people. The meaningful gifts not only bring a warm Mid-Autumn Festival to the children but also motivate them to study hard and strengthen the military-civilian relationship, contributing to building a solid people's border defense posture.
Previously, border guards in the eastern region of Dak Lak province coordinated with localities and organizing units to bring hundreds of children in coastal areas a Mid-Autumn Festival filled with joy and warmth.
In Song Cau ward, the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command and Xuan Dai Border Guard Station coordinated with local Party committees, authorities, units and benefactors to organize the Mid-Autumn Festival program "Border - Full Moon Festival Night" for more than 300 teenagers and children in Dan Phu 2 residential group. In the joyful and bustling atmosphere of lion dance drums and sparkling lanterns, the children were able to carry star lanterns, enjoy the Mid-Autumn Festival and receive meaningful and warm Mid-Autumn Festival gifts.
Tran My Ngoc Thuy, an 8th grade student at Le Quy Don Primary and Secondary School, Song Cau Ward, said: "My friends and I are very happy to participate in this year's Mid-Autumn Festival organized by the Border Guards. We got to watch the lion dance, participate in many games, and receive gifts, bicycles, scholarships, etc., which gave us more motivation to excel in our studies."
Xuan Hoa Border Guard Station (Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command) coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Xuan Hoa and Hoa An village to organize the program "Border - Full Moon Festival Night" right at the campus of Xuan Hoa Border Guard Station.
In the bustling and sparkling atmosphere with bright lanterns and pounding drums, teenagers and children watched lion dances and folk games... The program's organizers presented 450 Mid-Autumn gifts to children and students in the area.
The festival not only brought the children a joyful and warm Mid-Autumn Festival but also showed the care and encouragement of the local Party Committee, government and Border Guard force for the children of fishermen in the sea area with many difficulties to continue to strive in studying and training, worthy of being Uncle Ho's good children.
At Ninh Tinh Kindergarten, Tuy Hoa Ward, Tuy Hoa Border Guard Station coordinated with the school to organize the program "Border - Happy Mid-Autumn Festival" for the children of fishermen in the area. In the bustling atmosphere of the festival, the children enjoyed many joyful and innocent performances performed by the school's children, along with a vibrant lion dance imbued with the traditional colors of the Mid-Autumn Festival.
At the program, the Organizing Committee presented 280 gifts to children so that they could have a warm and joyful Mid-Autumn Festival...
