Lam Dong ensures the Provincial Party Congress takes place thoughtfully and solemnly

On the afternoon of October 7, comrade Dang Hong Sy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Organizing Subcommittee serving the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 chaired the 6th meeting to disseminate and deploy a number of contents related to the organization and service of the Congress.

At the meeting, representatives of the support groups and relevant departments reported on the organization and service work of the Congress. Up to now, the Provincial Party Committee Office has issued invitations and sent Congress items to official delegates.

Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office Nguyen Quoc Trieu reported on the progress of issuing invitations and logistics work.

At the same time, continue to review and confirm the attendance of invited delegates; prepare logistics to serve delegates, arrange shuttle buses and accommodation for delegates; continue to coordinate in preparing contents related to serving the Congress at the hall; at the same time, coordinate in implementing logistics to serve the Provincial Investment Promotion Conference.

Comrade Le Huy Toan, Provincial Party Committee member, Editor-in-Chief of Lam Dong Newspaper, Radio and Television, reported on the implementation of live broadcasting of the Congress.

Lam Dong Newspaper, Radio and Television are actively completing the special issue and photo special issue to welcome the Congress to distribute to delegates on the opening day. At the same time, they are preparing 2 color vehicles for live broadcasting as well as a team of staff working at the Hall and Press Center during the Congress days.

Regarding security and safety, up to now, the Provincial Police have deployed a plan to ensure security and order, arranged combat forces, increased patrols and controls... to ensure absolute safety during the Congress as well as at the places where delegates eat and rest.

The representative of the Department of Health informed about the plan to ensure food safety and hygiene and take care of the health of delegates at the Congress.

Regarding the care and protection of delegates' health, the Department of Health has assigned a team of doctors, nurses, and staff as well as prepared equipment, medicine, and medical supplies for the Congress. At the same time, it has implemented the work of ensuring food hygiene and safety, and environmental sanitation to ensure the safety of delegates attending the Congress.

Comrade Nguyen Khac Binh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Office, requested to urgently complete the items at the Congress venue, to be completed by October 8.

Delegates attending the meeting discussed and gave specific and detailed comments on the contents and tasks of organizing and serving the Congress. In particular, focusing on decoration and ceremony; seating chart of delegates; reception of delegates, finalization of list, printing of name tags and plan for transporting delegates...

Comrade Dinh Van Tuan, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee reported on the progress of preparations for the Congress and held a press conference after the Congress.

At the same time, give comments on propaganda and encouragement, decoration of flags and flowers on the streets in the central area where the Congress will take place as well as in Gia Nghia and Phan Thiet areas; the program of visiting the Martyrs' Cemetery and offering flowers and incense at the Uncle Ho Monument in the campus of the Army Academy, including plans to organize in case of heavy rain.

Provincial Youth Union Secretary Truong Minh Quang gave a preliminary report on the work of supporting the transportation of delegates.

Delegates also gave comments on the performances in the art program welcoming the Congress, to ensure the time, content as well as the joyful and exciting atmosphere.

For the Press Center, it is necessary to issue regulations for press operations at the Congress, ensuring smooth and convenient implementation for operations as well as security and order. Delegates also gave comments on the press conference program after the Congress in conjunction with information on the Investment Promotion Conference, on the time, location and chair of the press conference.

At the same time, coordinates with the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Provincial People's Committee Office to organize press conferences to inform about the Congress, information about the Investment Promotion Conference, etc.
