This information was provided by Mr. Le Xuan Thu, Deputy Head of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, at a press conference announcing the results of the 20th Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, held on the afternoon of October 16th.
Previously, from October 14th to 16th, the 20th Congress of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee took place in a democratic, responsible, and successful atmosphere.
At the congress, delegates elected 69 people to the Executive Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, 20th term, and elected a Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee consisting of 15 people. Among the 8 female Provincial Party Committee members elected, Ms. Le Ngoc Anh - Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union for the 2022-2027 term - is the youngest Provincial Party Committee member, at only 31 years old.

The Provincial Party Committee also elected the Provincial Party Inspection Committee, consisting of 10 members, and elected the official delegation to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party, comprising 33 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates.
At the press conference, media outlets asked many questions about the results of the congress, including those related to Ms. Le Ngoc Anh - who was elected as Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union on the very day of the preparatory session of the congress (October 14), and just one day later was elected to the Executive Committee of the 20th term.
Speaking at the press conference, Mr. Le Xuan Thu stated that the personnel selection for the Executive Committee of the 20th term, 2025-2030, has been meticulously and carefully prepared.

According to Mr. Thu, the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee had prepared plans for the appointment of young cadres very early on. The fact that the Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee organized its 9th Conference to elect Ms. Anh as Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union was approved by the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union.
Mr. Thu stated that the organization of the Youth Union and Fatherland Front Congresses in many provinces and cities depends on the plan of the Central Youth Union. The personnel have been prepared in advance and meet the required qualifications.
According to Mr. Thu, before introducing Ms. Le Ngoc Anh to the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Organization Committee had fully reported to the Central Secretariat and the Central Organization Committee, and had been assessed by relevant agencies regarding her political qualifications and compliance with regulations.
