Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Hue City Party Committee

(Chinhphu.vn) - On the morning of November 16, the Standing Committee of the Hue City Party Committee held a conference to announce the Secretariat's decision on personnel work.

The leaders of the Central Organizing Committee presented the decision of the Secretariat to transfer and appoint comrade Nguyen Khac Toan to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

At the conference, the representative of the Central Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Secretariat on appointing comrade Nguyen Khac Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and cease holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; to transfer and appoint him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Presenting the decision and speaking at the conference, Comrade Bui Thi Quynh Van, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, congratulated Comrade Nguyen Khac Toan on being entrusted with the new task by the Politburo and the Secretariat. At the same time, she requested the Hue City People's Council to soon implement the process of electing the Chairman of the Hue City People's Committee according to regulations.

In his acceptance speech, comrade Nguyen Khac Toan affirmed that he will strive to respond to the trust and expectations of the Party Committee, the government and the people of Hue city. In his new position, Deputy Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee Nguyen Khac Toan pledged to work with the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to continue inheriting the achievements of previous generations, promoting the spirit of solidarity, innovation, and drastic action, towards the goal of building a sustainable, modern and livable Hue.
