On the afternoon of September 16, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front continued to post 13,358 pages of statements of donations to compatriots affected by storm No. 3 on September 13 through Vietcombank account number 0011001932418. According to the 13,358-page posting, there were 386,402 transfers from organizations and individuals to the Vietcombank account of the Central Relief Mobilization Committee.
