Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, Laisha DAM's mother said that her daughter was exposed to Vietnamese language, culture, customs and practices and had a great love for the S-shaped land since her childhood. Laisha revealed that she likes to wear ao dai and eat traditional Vietnamese dishes such as pho, broken rice...

From a young age, she showed her passion for the spotlight and the fashion industry, starting to participate in catwalks at the age of 6. Over the years, the child model was often taken by her mother to participate in many domestic fashion weeks, collaborating with brands and designers. However, it was not until last year that she began to study catwalk professionally.

During her 6 years of performing fashion shows, she has encountered many difficult designs such as bulky sizes, see-through materials, tight-fitting styles... With each outfit, Laisha tries to practice many times to ensure a smooth performance. In some shows, she surprised the audience when she walked the catwalk steadily in 12-15cm high heels.

Laisha's mother said that when she first started wearing high heels, she walked unsteadily and could not control her strength, so sometimes she staggered and almost fell. However, her passion for fashion and the spotlight helped the child model try to control her foot placement and learn from international models.

Although many audiences have noticed her beauty and advised her to compete in beauty pageants, the 13-year-old model affirms that she has no intention of participating in beauty contests.

"When I perform on the catwalk, I feel like I am living my true passion. I am happy to wear the artistic creations of designers, to walk under the lights and the eyes of the audience. That is the motivation for me to try to go further with my passion for fashion," Laisha shared.

Every day, Laisha practices performing, walking, and posing. In addition, she still ensures her academic performance and participates in extracurricular activities at an international school in Ho Chi Minh City. She also constantly improves her swimming, piano, singing, and dancing skills with the hope of becoming a multi-talented artist in the future.

Recently, Laisha attracted attention when she won the Gold prize in the Teen model contest organized by director Nguyen Hung Phuc and with the participation of judges Truong Ngoc Anh, Phuong Mai...

Before winning the contest, she won second place at Supermodel Kids 2023, entered the top 5 of Miss Sport 2023, Best Kids Model 2023, Best Kids Model 2024...

Sharing about her future plans, Laisha expressed her desire to pursue her passion for professional modeling, contribute to the Vietnamese fashion industry and have the opportunity to reach further in the international market.
