After joining Inter Miami, Lionel Messi and his family moved to Florida (USA). The Argentine superstar indirectly created a new service in this area, helping his neighbors earn a lot of money.

Businessman Patrick Bet-David is one of the homeowners near Messi. In less than half a year since Messi moved here, he has earned up to $ 25 million from renting out his apartment. Bet-David also said that real estate prices in this area have skyrocketed with the label "Messi's neighbor".

"As of now, according to the current situation, I have earned 25 million USD from my apartment. Messi just moved right next door to me. Everyone wants to be his neighbor," Bet-David said.

“This is a private residential area, located on an island with only one entrance, very safe. Now that Messi is there, more people will come here to see the houses."

Messi's family lives in a villa worth nearly $10 million. Initially, the Argentine superstar lived near the coast but moved into an upper-class residential area for more peace and privacy.

The Sun said Messi's mansion is over 900 square meters and looks like a 2-story yacht. The apartment has 9 bedrooms and an Italian-style kitchen.

Messi is on vacation after the MLS season ended. Messi has just brought his wife and children back to Argentina to celebrate Christmas - a family tradition. There is no information about this superstar returning to Europe to play football on a short-term loan contract like David Beckham or Zlatan Ibrahimovic before.
