According to Oddity Central, the bubble tea craze among young people shows no signs of cooling down. This is also the reason why many restaurants are constantly creating and adding dishes inspired by this drink to their menus.
Most recently, a Taiwanese (Chinese) restaurant chain with many locations in Hanoi has launched a unique beef noodle dish, with pearl milk tea as the broth.
“Inspired by the famous milk hotpot from Taiwan, with ingredients from bone broth and fresh milk, the brand has created and combined it with black tea to add a unique aroma, accompanied by beef and black pearls. All create a unique bowl of beef pearl milk tea noodles that cannot be found anywhere else,” the restaurant introduces the dish.
Although it is not cheap at 98,000 VND/bowl, the beef pearl milk tea noodles still attract many young people to try it out of curiosity.
According to those who have enjoyed this dish, the broth is bone broth mixed with a little milk and tea to accentuate it, so it still has a salty taste, and tastes a bit like Italian cream of mushroom noodles. The type of tea used is black tea, so you can still feel the aroma of the broth.
As for the side dish, the combination of beef and tapioca pearls is quite unique. The beef is tender, and the tapioca pearls are chewy and elastic, not as sweet as the ones in a regular cup of milk tea.
Previously, some foreign restaurants have also launched durian ramen, crocodile leg noodles, sea urchin noodles, ice cream cone ramen,...
