MISA successfully organized the 2025 General Meeting of Shareholders

The 2025 General Meeting of Shareholders of MISA Joint Stock Company was a great success.

On the morning of March 14, 2025, the 2025 Shareholders' Meeting was successfully held in the Hybrid format - directly at the headquarters of MISA Joint Stock Company and online via video conference. The meeting reported on the 2024 production and business activities, approved the 2025 production and business plan and voted to approve the contents of the Resolution of the 2025 Shareholders' Meeting.

The congress was attended by representatives of the Board of Directors and General Director of MISA:

  • Mr. Lu Hong Chuong, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors

  • Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy, Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors
  • Mr. Pham Duc Trung Kien, Independent Observer of the Board of Directors
  • Mr. Le Hong Quang, General Director

With shareholders inside and outside MISA:

At exactly 9:00 a.m., the congress program began with the flag-raising ceremony, singing the National Anthem and MISA song.    

Mr. Lu Thanh Long - Chairman of MISA Board of Directors (first row - 2nd row) as Chairman introduced the members of the Presidium, Secretariat and approved the working program of the Congress.

Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy - Vice Chairwoman of MISA Board of Directors reported on production and business results in 2024 and operation plan in 2025.

Mr. Le Anh Tuan - Head of the Board of Supervisors read the report on the Board of Supervisors' activities in 2024 and the operation plan for 2025.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoan - Head of the Congress Secretariat read the Congress Minutes and Resolution.

Chairman Lu Thanh Long presided over the voting to approve the Minutes and Resolution of the General Meeting. The General Meeting of Shareholders unanimously approved the issues raised by the Presidium, the Counting Committee and the Secretariat with 100% approval, no one had any objections or other opinions.

The 2025 General Meeting of Shareholders of MISA Joint Stock Company was a great success.

The 2025 General Meeting of Shareholders was successfully held and ended at 9:40 a.m. on March 14, 2025. 100% of shareholders agreed to vote on the issues raised by the Presidium.
