Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh respectfully conveyed the warm greetings of General Secretary To Lam, President Luong Cuong, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man , and Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu to General Secretary and President Xi Jinping and senior Chinese leaders. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed that the Vietnamese Party and State highly appreciated the recent visit to Vietnam by General Secretary and President Xi Jinping, and the rich and substantive results of the visit have set strategic directions for the development of relations between the two Parties and countries.
The two sides agreed to continue to concretize and effectively implement the high-level common perceptions reached during the visit; promote the Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership in the direction of “6 more”, maintain regular high-level exchanges; strongly promote economic , trade and investment cooperation; expand cooperation in science, technology and innovation so that these fields become bright spots and new driving forces of the bilateral relationship.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh proposed giving top priority to promoting railway cooperation, determined to start construction of the Lao Cai-Hanoi-Hai Phong route in 2025; and asked the Chinese side to pay attention to supporting preferential credit, technology transfer and human resource training.
Vice President of China Han Zheng respectfully conveyed the greetings of General Secretary and President Xi Jinping to General Secretary To Lam and senior leaders of Vietnam; expressed his appreciation for the thoughtful and respectful reception with the highest ceremony that the Party and State of Vietnam gave to General Secretary and President Xi Jinping's recent visit.
Chinese Vice President Han Zheng highly appreciated the positive development of the Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership, affirming that China is willing to continue to closely coordinate with Vietnam to implement and concretize the common perception between the top leaders of the two Parties and two countries; enhance high-level strategic exchanges, consolidate political trust; promote substantive cooperation to achieve concrete progress, bringing practical benefits to the people of the two countries.
