Stick to the scope of the questioning content, propose breakthrough solutions, close to reality, highly effective

The National Assembly Chairman requested that National Assembly deputies closely follow the scope of the session's questioning content; objectively and thoroughly assess the achievements, challenges and opportunities; propose breakthrough solutions and tasks that are close to reality and highly effective, meeting the requirements of rapid and sustainable development of the country in the new period.

Speaking at the opening of the question and answer session at the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly on the morning of June 19, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man said that based on a synthesis of socio -economic issues of great concern to voters and the people, National Assembly deputies have selected 2 groups of issues for the National Assembly to question, under the responsibility of the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Education and Training.

Also participating in the explanation were Deputy Prime Ministers in charge of the field and relevant Ministers and heads of sectors.

At the end of the question-and-answer session, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh will, on behalf of the Government, clarify issues related to the Government's operations and directly answer questions from National Assembly deputies.

The National Assembly will vote to pass the Resolution on interpellation at the end of the session as a basis for agencies to implement and for the National Assembly, the National Assembly Standing Committee, National Assembly agencies, National Assembly delegations, and National Assembly deputies to supervise.

At the same time, through questioning by National Assembly deputies, Ministers and heads of sectors will have more information to perfect effective solutions, improve the quality of direction and administration, and create strong changes in each management area.

The National Assembly Chairman stated that the 9th Session is taking place with determination, innovation, and a high sense of responsibility from the National Assembly, the Government, and relevant agencies; and is being followed, excited, agreed upon, and expected by voters and people.

Especially for the implementation of merging provincial-level administrative units, rearranging and reorganizing administrative units, building a two-level local government organization; institutionalizing and implementing the Party's policies, especially the four important Resolutions of the Politburo, considered the "four pillars", creating a strong driving force to bring our country into a new era - the era of development, prosperity and strength of the nation.

In that spirit, the National Assembly Chairman requested that National Assembly deputies closely follow the resolutions and directives of the Party, the Politburo, the Secretariat, the National Assembly, the Government and the scope of the questioning content of this session to objectively and thoroughly assess the results and achievements, difficulties, challenges and opportunities; analyze properly and deeply and make recommendations and propose breakthrough solutions and tasks that are practical, feasible and highly effective, meeting the requirements of rapid and sustainable development of the country in the new period.

The National Assembly Chairman believes that with their intelligence and high sense of responsibility, the National Assembly deputies and members of the Government will create a lively and successful question and answer session, contributing to making the question and answer activity increasingly become an important highlight of the session, meeting the expectations of voters, people and the National Assembly deputies themselves.
