Speaking to Dan Tri reporter, Mr. Le Van Manh, Director of the Land Fund Development Center of Dan Phuong district (Hanoi), said that on July 28, this unit successfully organized the auction of 85 land lots.
The total number of applications was 1,252. This number is equivalent to 15 interested customers for each plot of land.
The starting price for the lowest lot is 35 million VND/m2, the highest lot is 61 million VND/m2.

Specifically, 2 lots in Dong Say - Tram Sau area (phase 3), starting price 42 million VND/m2.
67 lots in the N1 Road Axis area, Ha Mo commune (codes from A1 to A18, from B1 to B18, from C1 to C6, from C8 to C11, from C13 to C18, from D1 to D4, from D7 to D9, from D11 to D13, from E1 to E3 and E5, E6), starting price from 40 million VND/m2 to 51 million VND/m2.
16 lots in De Nhi area (codes from A1 to A8, A10, A11, A13, from A15 to A18, A20), Phuong Dinh commune (phase 2), starting price from 35 million VND/m2 to 41 million VND/m2.
According to the auction invitation documents, each price step is 200,000 VND. Auction participants must pay a deposit equal to 20% of the land plot value calculated at the starting price.
At the end of the auction, 85 plots of land were successfully sold. Of which, the highest winning bid was up to 99.2 million VND/m2, double the starting price. These plots are located close to the N1 Branch Road axis.
Mr. Manh revealed that this unit is preparing documents and plans to continue auctioning 3 more land plots in Dan Phuong district from now until the end of the year.
Immediately after the auction ended, many land brokers appeared on social media groups selling land at the winning price plus the difference. Many others also took the opportunity to post plots of land for sale near the auction site.
Recently, land auctions in the suburbs of Hanoi have attracted great attention from investors.
At the end of February, 33 plots of land in Thuy Lam commune, Dong Anh district were successfully auctioned, with one plot being twice the starting price, at over 60 million VND/m2. Or at the end of March, Me Linh district also successfully auctioned 30 plots of land, of which one plot reached over 50 million VND/m2, nearly double the starting price. 34 plots of land in Quoc Oai district were also successfully auctioned at the end of April, with the highest plot being 52.8 million VND/m2.
