According to quick information from the leaders of Xuan Duong commune (Lang Son province), at 10:30 a.m. (August 21), the water rose high, causing flooding in Ban To village, and is continuing to rise, causing the risk of flooding in many other villages such as: Thong Loc, Na Tung, Khon Mun, Ban Lau, Hang U, Hoa Binh , Doan Ket...

Through quick statistics, there are currently nearly 20 households in flooded areas that need to be evacuated.
