The congress was also attended by Lam Dong Provincial Party Building Committees; Armed Forces Hero Hoang Dinh Kien; veteran party members; former local leaders of all periods, and 160 official delegates representing 889 party members from 55 affiliated party organizations.
Congress theme: “Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development”. Nam Ban Lam Ha commune was established on the basis of merging 4 localities including: Gia Lam, Dong Thanh, Me Linh communes and Nam Ban town. During the past term, the Party Committee, government and people of the 4 localities have made efforts and strived to achieve many important achievements in the fields of socio-economics, national defense - security, Party building and political system.
Notably, the growth rate of total product in the period of 2020 - 2025 reached 8.8%. Average income per capita in 2024 reached 69.3 million VND/person, estimated to reach 78.9 million VND/person in 2025, an increase of 17-19 million VND compared to the beginning of the term.
Total budget revenue in the whole commune reached 496.78 billion VND. Agricultural production developed stably, following the high-tech direction. Forest management and protection work had many positive changes, the forest coverage rate reached 23.6%. Propaganda and mobilization work for people in forest management and protection was promoted, 100% of forest land area was assigned to organizations and individuals for management and protection.

Forest fire prevention and control work is regularly focused on, preventing forest fires from causing major damage. The number of forestry law violations has decreased every year. Trade, services, industry and handicrafts continue to develop. Key goals of new rural construction are promoted; education, health care, culture, sports, and social security continue to be improved, increasingly meeting the development requirements and people's lives; administrative reform and digital transformation have many positive changes.
The work of building the Party and the political system has seen many changes and innovations. People's trust in the leadership of the Party and the government has been firmly consolidated, the great national unity bloc has been strengthened, creating a solid foundation for sustainable development of the locality in the following years.
Speaking at the Congress, comrade Nguyen Khac Binh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Office acknowledged and commended the results achieved by the entire Party Committee, government, cadres, party members, soldiers of the armed forces and people of Nam Ban Lam Ha commune in the past term.
He highly appreciated the three breakthroughs that the Party Executive Committee of the commune presented at the Congress, including: Breakthrough in developing high-tech agriculture associated with building a comprehensive model New Rural Commune. Breakthrough in developing synchronous transport infrastructure, promoting digital transformation and developing tourism - services to create sustainable growth momentum. Breakthrough in strongly innovating the work of cadres, especially the work of detecting, evaluating, arranging and using cadres; protecting and honoring cadres who dare to think, dare to do, dare to make breakthroughs in development, dare to take responsibility for the benefit of the people, the country and the commune; strongly shifting from pre-control to post-control, associated with strengthening inspection and supervision.
To successfully implement the goals and tasks set out in the coming term, comrade Nguyen Khac Binh suggested that the Party Committee of the commune quickly stabilize the organization, build a great solidarity bloc, unify the will and action in the entire Party Committee. Pay more attention to social security work, sustainable poverty reduction, people's health care; develop culture and education. In particular, it is necessary to create a favorable environment for the private economy to develop strongly.
Communes need to proactively review, cut down, and simplify administrative procedures, creating maximum conditions for business households and small and medium-sized enterprises to start up and expand production and business in the spirit of Resolution No. 68 of the Politburo.
The commune needs to encourage innovation, develop new business models, and apply science and technology to production and business.
Promote comprehensive digital transformation; improve the operational efficiency of the Public Administration Service Center, strengthen the building of a clean and strong Party and political system, associated with promoting administrative reform within the Party; ensure national defense and security, and maintain social order and safety.
With such spirit and determination, along with the new spirit of the Congress, comrade Nguyen Khac Binh believes that the Party Committee, government and people of Nam Ban Lam Ha commune will continue to unite, promote the will of self-reliance, dynamism, creativity, proactively grasp and take advantage of opportunities, overcome difficulties and challenges, strive to successfully implement the Resolution of the Congress, contributing positively to the overall development of Lam Dong province.
