Nam Dinh: Admire the European architectural masterpiece of Hung Nghia Church

Built in magnificent Gothic architecture, Hung Nghia Church (Hai Hung commune, Hai Hau district, Nam Dinh ) is a destination not to be missed.
This famous church belongs to Hung Nghia Parish, located in Hai Hung Commune, Hai Hau District, Nam Dinh Province, more than 30 km from the center of Nam Dinh City. According to records, the church was built in 1927 in the Gothic architectural style. However, over time, the effects of harsh weather have caused the church to deteriorate. In 2001, Hung Nghia parish began to renovate and repair it. In 2012, this project was completed, bringing a new beauty. Hung Nghia parish church has a main hall 76m long, 33m wide, 24m high. The architectural style is modern, harmoniously changing with the surrounding space. Two bell towers 60m high. After being renovated, Hung Nghia Church has become a famous tourist destination, check-in point in Nam Dinh and a beautiful religious work. Ms. Ngo Hong Tuoi (Nam Dinh) said: "Recently, Hung Nghia Church has been famous and has been visited by young people. Now that I have the opportunity to visit my hometown, my friends and I came here to take pictures. I didn't think that in my hometown there would be a place with such beautiful European-like architecture."
