Evaluation report: After 3 years of implementing the construction of "Regular, exemplary" ships, ship units in the entire Navy have been active, proactive, focused on tightening industry discipline, strictly maintaining work order and regimes on board. The quality of preservation, maintenance and repair of ships and equipment is improved to ensure the technical condition and synchronous operation of equipment, especially weapons and ammunition.

The units also focus on maintaining new generation ships and repairing and restoring old generation ships with long service life, making the ships better, more durable and more beautiful. On each ship, the responsibility of the commander and Party committees at all levels in performing technical work has been attached, focusing on maintaining and implementing technical work at the unit. Along with that, they always receive the attention and close direction of the leaders and commanders of the units and the timely inspection, guidance and urging of the agencies at all levels, thereby helping the officers and soldiers of the ship crew to successfully complete the task of building a standard and exemplary ship.

In his concluding remarks, Vice Admiral Tran Thanh Nghiem acknowledged and commended the drastic efforts of the Party Committee, commanders, officers and soldiers of the ship units who have determinedly implemented the construction of standard and exemplary ships in the past time. The Navy Commander requested that in the coming time, the ship units strictly maintain the weekly, monthly and quarterly technical days in accordance with regulations so as not to miss any work content; continue to promote in more depth the work of building standard and exemplary ships, contributing to improving combat readiness and successfully completing all assigned tasks.
