Vietnamese fried spring rolls hailed as the world's best snack

The website known as the " world culinary map" Taste Atlas announced a list of the 100 best snacks of 2023, including Vietnamese fried spring rolls.

As described by Taste Atlas: "Cha gio is the name in the South and nem ran is the name in the North but both refer to the same Vietnamese dish. The outstanding feature of this dish is the pork and shrimp filling rolled in a thin layer of rice paper, along with some other ingredients such as vegetables, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, vermicelli and bean sprouts."

The spring rolls are fried crispy, with eye-catching golden color, delicious and attractive filling, mixed with sweet and sour dipping sauce will captivate visitors when enjoying.

Fried spring rolls were also suggested by CNN as one of the 10 must-try street foods when visiting Vietnam.
