Provincial Social Policy Bank: Signing a joint document on implementing loan entrustment for poor households and other policy beneficiaries

On July 9, the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) of Hung Yen province organized a conference to sign a joint document according to the Agreement No. 5656/VBTT-NHCS-HPN-HND-HCCB-ĐTN dated June 18, 2025 on the implementation of entrusted lending to poor households and other policy beneficiaries. Attending and chairing the conference was comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Yen province.
