Tuyen Quang Social Policy Bank commends excellent and creative workers in the period 2020

Attending the Conference were comrades: Duong Quyet Thang, General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies; Hoang Viet Phuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies.

Comrade Hoang Viet Phuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented flowers to congratulate the conference.

During the 2020-2025 period, the Provincial Social Policy Bank disbursed VND 5,902 billion to 124,500 customers.
Social policy credit capital deployed in the area has helped 27,593 poor households and 16,066 near-poor households overcome the poverty threshold, supporting 14,255 households in difficult areas with capital to invest in production and business development.

Thereby contributing to solving employment, maintaining and stabilizing jobs for 15,245 workers; helping 250 students in difficult circumstances to have conditions to go to school; supporting 50,795 households to build and renovate clean water and sanitation works...

Comrade Duong Quyet Thang, General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, presented a Certificate of Merit to Comrade Hoang Viet Phuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Head of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies.

In the period of 2025-2030, the Provincial Bank for Social Policies will focus on mobilizing resources and effectively implementing policy credit programs for the poor and other policy beneficiaries. Thereby, contributing to the goal of poverty reduction, job creation, new rural construction, limiting black credit, and ensuring social security in the province.

Speaking at the conference, General Director of the Bank for Social Policies Duong Quyet Thang praised the achievements of policy credit activities in Tuyen Quang province in recent years. At the same time, he requested Tuyen Quang province, departments, branches, organizations and localities to continue to promote their leadership role and coordinate with the provincial branch of the Bank for Social Policies to effectively implement policy credit programs in the new period.

Strengthening the propaganda, dissemination and effectiveness of policies on emulation and rewards associated with professional tasks; building and replicating advanced models, promoting emulation movements throughout the system; actively supporting loans for poor households and policy beneficiaries to solve employment problems, helping people stabilize their lives. At the same time, promoting the application of digital technology, improving service quality, optimizing work processes; strengthening inspection and supervision of the implementation of policy credit programs, ensuring capital reaches the right beneficiaries.

Comrade Duong Quyet Thang, General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, awarded prizes to individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Social Policy Bank awarded certificates of merit to 3 members of the Board of Directors of the Provincial Social Policy Bank; the General Director of the Social Policy Bank awarded certificates of merit to 2 collectives and 28 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025.

At the conference, the Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies launched an emulation movement, signed an emulation agreement for the 2025-2030 period; and approved the list of delegates attending the Conference of typical advanced models of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies.
