Agribank Ba Dinh Branch has just announced the auction of the debt of ACE.LK Company Limited with a starting price of over 122 billion VND. This is the second time the bank has put this debt up for sale.
Notably, the starting price of the debt has decreased by more than 34% compared to the starting price of more than VND 186 billion that the bank offered for the first auction held on June 6.
The debt of ACE.LK Company Limited has a total book value of VND 186,142 billion as of April 30, 2025 (of which the principal debt is VND 120 billion), formed from two loans signed between the company and Agribank Ha Thanh Branch in December 2017 and November 2018.
The assets securing the debt include 4 land use rights, total area of 438.3m2, owned by ACE.LK Company Limited at 99 An Trach Street, Quoc Tu Giam Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi (now Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward, Hanoi City).
ACE.LK Company Limited is headquartered at 99 An Trach, Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward. This enterprise was established in 2015 with a charter capital of 5 billion VND, with Mr. Ngo Xuan Cuong as the legal representative. Mr. Cuong is also the legal representative at DAMAC Group Company Limited.

Meanwhile, VietinBank Ba Dinh Branch is also selling two debts of customer groups at the same time, Lam Ha Environmental Joint Stock Company (Lam Ha Company) and Bac Viet Environmental Energy Joint Stock Company (Bac Viet Company).
The total debt value of the two companies is more than 137 billion VND. The total starting price of the combined debt is 124,787 billion VND (in which the starting price of Lam Ha Company's debt is 28,112 billion VND, the starting price of Bac Viet Company's debt is 96,675 billion VND).
Lam Ha Company's debt is secured by assets including:
Future assets attached to the land plot of Lam Ha Company in Dinh Van town, Lam Ha district, Lam Dong province (now Dinh Van Lam Ha commune, Lam Dong province);
The total value of Mr. Tran Nam Duong's capital contribution to Lam Ha Company is 29 billion VND.
Term savings book issued by VietinBank Ba Dinh is owned by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ngoc.
Land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land at plot number 24, map sheet number 01 in Hoa Binh commune, Hoa Binh city, Hoa Binh province (now Tan Hoa ward, Phu Tho).
Meanwhile, Bac Viet Company's debt is secured by assets including:
Land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land in Khuong Dinh ward (Hanoi) are owned by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ngoc and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hai.
Land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land in Linh Nam ward, owned by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ngoc and Mr. Tran Nam Duong.
Assets attached to land formed in the future of the Hoa Binh solid waste treatment, recycling and energy recovery project in Hop Thinh commune, Ky Son district, Hoa Binh province (now Phu Tho) invested by Bac Viet Company.
The total value of capital contributed to Bac Viet Company includes: 54 billion VND of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ngoc, 27 billion VND of Mr. Tran Nam Duong and 9 billion VND of Ms. Vu Thi Thuy Ha.
The rights, ownership and interests of Bac Viet Environmental Energy JSC to the assets in the use phase of the Hoa Binh Solid Waste Treatment, Recycling and Energy Recovery Project Phase 1; Phase 2.
Land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land in the name of Mr. Nguyen Cong Thanh at apartment A3, X1 Dich Vong residential area, Dich Vong ward, Hanoi.
