After 2-way communication is blocked, customers need to go to the network operator's transaction stores to get support to standardize subscriber information.
According to information from network operators, in the recent subscriber information standardization, more than 3.84 million subscribers needed to be re-standardized due to incorrect information compared to the National Database (NSDB) on population.
As of March 31, 2.17 million SIMs had been standardized, equivalent to 56.49% of the total number of subscribers needing to standardize their information. About 1.67 million remaining subscribers have been one-way locked.
According to regulations, after March 31, if customers still do not meet the standardization requirements, network operators will stop providing one-way services and continue to send notification messages to subscribers.
When one-way communication is blocked, customers can standardize subscriber information through the application, website or go directly to the carrier's transaction stores for support.
By April 15, we will continue to block two-way services for subscribers who do not meet the requirements and will revoke the subscription number from May 15 if customers still do not supplement or adjust information in time.
After being blocked from two-way communication, customers need to go to the network operator's transaction stores to get support to standardize subscriber information. Customers who update information will automatically have the previously blocked service opened so they can communicate normally.
