Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company will auction 32 plots of land owned by the People's Committee of Bai Say Commune, An Thi District, Hung Yen Province, on the morning of February 16.

Specifically, 32 plots of land were auctioned in Hamlet 12, Bai Say Commune. The plots ranged in area from 83.05 to 123.45 m2. The land plots had starting prices of 16 to 21.6 million VND/m2; equivalent to the price of each plot ranging from over 1.3 billion to over 2.6 billion VND.
Auction form by direct secret ballot in one round at the auction; ascending price method.
Time for selling and receiving documents until 5:00 p.m. on February 12 at the one-stop department of Bai Say Commune People's Committee; headquarters of Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company.
The auction was held at the Cultural House of Bai Say commune.
Previously, on February 9, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company will also organize an auction of the right to use 273 land plots, which are assets of the People's Committee of An Thi district.
Auctioned land plots in the northern residential area of the District Sports , Cultural and Residential Complex in An Thi town.
The plots of land have an area of 90-295.2m2/plot. Starting price is 19.2-31.2 million VND/m2; equivalent to each plot costing from over 1.7 billion to over 7.8 billion VND.
Time for selling and receiving documents until 5:00 p.m. on February 5 at An Thi District Cultural House; headquarters of Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company.
