Highest domestic revenue ever
This result affirms the efforts of the whole province in general and the tax sector in particular in the context of the world economy still having many fluctuations and challenges. Many enterprises have not yet fully recovered production and business.

Statistics show that the breakthrough in domestic revenue of the province is thanks to the stable development of two main pillars. Of which, revenue from land revenue reached nearly 41,000 billion VND, reflecting the vitality of the real estate market and effective land management. At the same time, core economic areas still contribute significantly to local development.
Revenue from the non-state sector reached nearly 15,300 billion VND. The foreign-invested sector also contributed over 3,000 billion VND. Along with that, revenue from personal income tax reached nearly 2,890 billion VND and fee and charge collection reached over 1,370 billion VND.
In addition to the achieved results, the Hung Yen tax sector also pointed out that revenue from import-export activities increased by 14.81% over the same period but only reached 4,579 billion VND, equivalent to 84.79% of the yearly plan. This result requires the province to continue to promote solutions to support international trade.
Focus on expanding and developing revenue sources
According to the representative of Hung Yen Provincial Tax Department, in order to achieve and exceed the budget revenue estimate assigned by the National Assembly and the Government (VND 50,006 billion for the whole year of 2025), the Provincial State Budget Revenue Steering Committee has continuously innovated its direction and management. The province has thoroughly decentralized and delegated authority in budget management; at the same time, tightened financial discipline and order to nurture revenue sources as well as create maximum convenience for production and business activities.

Head of Hung Yen Province Tax Nguyen Duc Son said that the focus of the local tax sector is to promote digital transformation and modernize the tax management system. In particular, increasing the application of electronic tax services to both facilitate taxpayers and help tax officials better exploit potential revenue sources through inspection, examination and timely correction of violations.
With results exceeding the plan early, in the last months of 2025, the Tax Department of Hung Yen province affirmed that it will implement solutions to increase revenue and prevent revenue loss; at the same time, prioritize gradually reducing the proportion of unsustainable revenue sources, especially land use fees.
The province focuses on expanding and developing revenue from taxes and fees on the basis of promoting stable production and business development. Along with strengthening debt collection, Hung Yen is aiming for a sustainable budget structure to serve the dynamic development of the locality.
