Application of information technology and digital transformation at the 18th Congress of the Hanoi Party Committee

On the afternoon of October 15, at the National Convention Center, the 18th Hanoi Party Congress held a preparatory session. This Congress marked a strong shift in the application of information technology and digital transformation in management and organizational activities.

The congress deployed the iCabineT system on mobile devices (phones or tablets) for delegates. Each delegate was given an identification code (QR code) to check attendance, look up seating plans, and use the "directions" feature to help move conveniently and accurately.

All documents serving the Congress are digitized, including: invitations, programs, documents ( political reports, review reports, action programs, draft resolutions, etc.). In particular, the system also integrates a virtual assistant to ask and answer documents, helping delegates grasp the content of the Congress quickly and conveniently.

In addition, delegates and guests experienced digital technology reflecting the journey of construction and development of the Capital. The highlight was the space “The Wall of Impressions” – a modern exhibition area applying multimedia projection technology, introducing outstanding achievements, important milestones and typical events of Hanoi.

Here, viewers can actively choose content, interact directly on the touch screen or through connected devices, bringing a lively and attractive sense of discovery. Through the "Imprint Wall", Hanoi conveys the message of a dynamic, creative, modern capital but still imbued with traditional identity, affirming the country's leading position in many areas of development.

The experience space “Smart Hanoi City to 2030” applies Cinematic technology on virtual reality (VR), vividly recreating the vision and development orientation of the Capital to become a “Smart City” by 2030. With vivid 3D images, cinematic effects and digital data, viewers have a sense of immersion, accompanying Hanoi on its development journey.

Through that, delegates and guests can clearly visualize the future appearance of Hanoi - linking political messages, aspirations for innovation, international integration and sustainable development.

In addition, at the experience area, delegates can also experience the Robot barista, enjoy images on coffee cups with typical symbols of the Capital, the Party, the Congress... These delicate details will bring new experiences, while arousing pride in the country, in the thousand-year-old Capital.
