If a student is absent without giving a reason, the parents must be contacted directly to get information, to avoid the situation where the parents bring the student to school but the student does not enter the classroom.
In addition, the homeroom teacher must line up students before leaving and observe students when parents come to pick them up. If the person picking them up is not a parent or has not been notified in advance by the parent, the homeroom teacher must intervene and contact the parent to confirm.
Homeroom teachers are requested to regularly propagate and remind students about measures to prevent harm or kidnapping by criminals.
