On November 23, information from Ha Huy Giap Primary School (District 12) suspected that a stranger appeared in front of the school gate with bad intentions, the school issued an urgent notice to parents and teachers in the school.

Specifically, at 6:00 a.m. on November 15, at the back gate of To Ngoc Van Secondary School (District 12), a woman appeared with her face covered, wearing a black helmet, a dark purple jacket, and riding a red Air Blade.

This woman called a 5th grade student from Ha Huy Giap Primary School (currently a 5th grade student from Ha Huy Giap Primary School is temporarily studying at To Ngoc Van Secondary School) over and put 20,000 VND in the student's hand and said: " I'll give you this money for breakfast" .

The student replied that he had eaten breakfast and refused to accept it, but the woman still tried to push it into his hand. Another parent who was driving her child to school saw the incident and filmed it, but the woman ran away.

In class, the students gave money to the homeroom teacher. The homeroom teacher used alcohol to spray disinfectant and threw it in the trash. However, a while later, the teacher showed symptoms of dizziness, headache, and drowsiness.

To ensure security, order and safety for students, the school has issued warnings and requested parents to comply with the prescribed pick-up and drop-off times and not pick up their children too late.

In addition, parents need to tell their children to wait in the school yard, not to go out of the gate for any reason; not to follow strangers, not to receive anything from strangers such as toys, candy, drinks...

In case parents are busy and cannot pick up their children but ask someone else to pick them up, they must notify the homeroom teacher in advance by phone.

For homeroom teachers, the school requires roll call at the beginning of class. If a student is absent without giving a reason, the parents must be contacted directly to get information, to avoid the situation where the parents bring the student to school but the student does not enter the classroom.

In addition, the homeroom teacher must line up students before leaving and observe students when parents come to pick them up. If the person picking them up is not a parent or has not been notified in advance by the parent, the homeroom teacher must intervene and contact the parent to confirm.

Homeroom teachers are requested to regularly propagate and remind students about measures to prevent harm or kidnapping by criminals.

For security guards, the school requires additional forces during peak hours (before and after school) to be on duty at the gate area.

If a student runs out without a parent to pick them up, they must be stopped and asked to wait for their parent in the school yard.
