Man in Quang Ngai driving car threatening to hit someone

(QNgTV) - On the afternoon of July 23, Mr. Duong Anh Hung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Kon Tum Ward, Quang Ngai Province, confirmed that the authorities had received a report about a man who appeared to be drunk, drove a car into a sales truck and threatened to hit people in the middle of the night.

Previously, a nearly 7-minute clip circulated on social media, recording the incident that occurred around 11 p.m. on July 21 at the intersection of Tran Phu - Le Lai, Kon Tum Ward. In the clip, the man driving the car spoke inappropriately, continuously cursed and threatened people, and drove into a street vendor's cart. The person who posted the clip said that while helping his mother push the cart across the street, the man backed up, got out, cursed for no reason, and then drove straight into the cart. People around tried to stop and warn the man many times, but he still loudly threatened.

Kon Tum Ward Police have invited the person who posted the clip to work, record their statement and collect relevant information to verify and clarify the incident. The police have also invited the man driving the car in the clip to work.
