On the morning of January 28, thousands of people in Ho Chi Minh City flocked to Nguyen Hue Flower Street (District 1) to enjoy spring and check-in before the moment of transition between the old and new year.
From early morning, the flower street was crowded with people. With the theme "Brocaded mountains and rivers, happy spring", this year's flower street is divided into three segments: "Unity", "Transformation" and "Development", representing the historical stages of the country. This is the 22nd year this event has been held, becoming a typical cultural feature of Ho Chi Minh City.
The display area of the mascot Lady Ty attracts a large number of people to check in. This mascot is more than 50m long, more than 10m high, designed with the charm of a "Southern girl" with a conical hat and a checkered scarf.
"The mascot of Nguyen Hue flower street this year is very beautiful and soulful. This year, my family took advantage of the flower street to check-in early so that tomorrow we can go to the pagoda and wish our grandparents a happy new year," Ms. Hang (living in District 12) shared.

Many foreign tourists also wore Vietnamese ao dai to enjoy spring at Nguyen Hue flower street on the occasion of Tet At Ty 2025.
With diverse designs and traditional cultural features, Nguyen Hue Flower Street Tet At Ty 2025 has brought visitors many interesting things and unique check-in corners.
The flower street also features two Cotton Robots with strong and graceful images, carrying immortal flowers. The two Cotton Robots are designed with LED screens on their faces, displaying happy expressions and New Year wishes.
People line up to take photos with the two robots. Visitors just need to wave and pose on the screen, the system will automatically take a photo after 10 seconds. The image is transmitted to the LED screen located on the Robot's belly. Visitors can scan the QR code to download their photos.
Nguyen Hue Flower Street Tet At Ty 2025 uses more than 109,000 fresh flower baskets of all kinds, bringing a space full of brilliant colors of flowers.
Nguyen Hue Flower Street Tet At Ty 2025 also has spaces displaying old Tet, bringing a sense of closeness to everyone.
As noon approached, the number of people flocking to Nguyen Hue Flower Street for the Lunar New Year 2025 increased. Security forces continuously reminded people to be mindful when taking photos next to the miniatures on the flower street.
Also on the morning of January 28, the area in front of Ben Thanh Market (District 1) also attracted people to come and take pictures.
