The titles of First Runner-up went to Myanmar contestant Ni Ni Lin Eain, Second Runner-up went to Colombian representative Maria Alejandra Lopez, and Third Runner-up was awarded to Miss Grand America Sthephanie Marie Miranda.

Luciana Fuster is 24 years old, a model and broadcaster in Peru. Luciana Fuster is 1.74m tall, has an attractive body, extensive experience in the arts and good stage skills, and won Miss Teen Pageant International 2016. She has a personal page with 4.5 million followers. Currently, the Peruvian beauty is also studying communication science and marketing.
The Miss Grand International 2023 contestants had an unforgettable journey in Vietnam, with destinations being famous tourist destinations. Starting in the capital Hanoi, the contestants went to Ha Long (Quang Ninh) and then Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue... before arriving in Ho Chi Minh City to enter the important competition nights.

On the evening of October 25, the final round of the Miss Grand International 2023 contest took place at Phu Tho Stadium, Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of 69 contestants. The judges selected the top 20, top 10, top 5 and the highest positions through the swimsuit, evening gown and interview rounds.
The moment Le Hoang Phuong was named 4th runner-up of the contest.
The secondary awards were given to the contestants, such as the “Best in Swimsuit” award went to the Dominican Republic beauty, “Most Popular Beauty” went to the Myanmar representative, three Best National Costume awards went to contestants from Japan, Nigeria and Vietnam, the Country's power of the year award went to Miss Grand Myanmar (based on votes on social media platforms), the singing award went to Miss Grand Ghana, and the Russian beauty won the “Best Evening Gown” award.
Le Hoang Phuong received the 4th runner-up prize.
The judges selected the Top 10 best contestants through the rounds. The Top 10 contestants wore traditional Vietnamese Ao Dai and presented on the topic of ending war and violence, calling for peace and solidarity among countries around the world.
Le Hoang Phuong shared about the pain and loss of children born in war, of millions of people left homeless, and families separated by conflicts. In his presentation, Le Hoang Phuong said: "Today I stand here, I want my voice to be heard. Let's resolve conflicts through dialogue, not with guns and bullets. Let our children know how beautiful peace is. And please return peace to humanity. End the war."
The Top 5 contestants, including Peru, Colombia, the US, Myanmar and host Vietnam, took turns answering questions about ending conflicts in the current Middle East hotspot.
The remaining 5 contestants of the Top 10 were awarded the title of 5th Runner-up and tiara. Myanmar will be the host country of Miss Grand International 2024.
In 2012, Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien was the first Vietnamese contestant to be crowned Miss Grand International, and this was also the highest title that a Vietnamese representative had ever won.
