Reactionary organizations always proclaim their patriotism, their desire to reform people and reform Vietnam, but they always tarnish the image of the country and the Vietnamese people; especially they always use tricks to take advantage of the development of the internet and social networking platforms to propagate and incite people to participate in sabotage and disrupt public order...

Smart internet users need to know who is their friend and who is their enemy. People need to be vigilant against provocative and false information from reactionary organizations on cyberspace.

On the social platform Facebook, internet users can easily come across one-sided, provocative, and disruptive shares from the reactionary organization Viet Tan such as: "Many Vietnamese people today often talk about morality and enjoy listening to morality, but when social injustice occurs, they keep silent"; "In the past, Ms. Dau was poor and sold her child because the landlords exploited her. Now, the Tra Vinh couple is so poor that they sold their child and were sentenced to prison"... However, there are elements who follow suit and say "being born into the wrong regime", "dictatorship regime"... These are essentially nonsense, showing the lack of understanding and awareness of a part of today's social network users.

It must be emphasized that human trafficking is not only a crime in Vietnam but also identified by the United Nations as one of the four most dangerous crimes, included in the "Global Crime Prevention Program", a crime with the highest illegal profit after drugs and arms trafficking.

In Vietnam, those who buy and sell children under the age of 16 will be held criminally responsible under the penalty framework stipulated in Article 151 of the current Penal Code, which is imprisonment from 7 to 12 years, the highest is from 18 to 20 years or life imprisonment. This is a quite strict penalty framework, but in reality, there are parents who are willing to sell their own children for personal purposes.

The Constitution and laws of Vietnam recognize the guarantee and protection of children's rights, including the right to life, the right to be protected, cared for, andeducated by parents and relatives until adulthood. The law strictly prohibits the act of buying, selling, swapping, or appropriating children. Therefore, if a mother fails to fulfill her obligation to protect, care for, and educate her child, she not only violates social ethics but also violates the law. Depending on the nature and severity of the act, the violator will be subject to administrative sanctions or criminal prosecution. The investigation agency will continue to clarify the behavior of the group of subjects according to regulations.

Or previously, related to the criminal case of disturbing public order at the construction site of wharf No. 3, Long Son Container Port, Nghi Son Town Police summoned and worked with a number of individuals to clarify violations, especially the acts of enticing, luring, and inciting people to commit acts of disturbing public order, causing insecurity and disorder in the area. More dangerously, according to statistics, more than 100 children were enticed, enticed, and forced to drop out of school by bad guys to participate in this activity.

The project to build berth No. 3, Long Son Container Port is a key project, of special significance to the development of Nghi Son town in particular, Thanh Hoa province and the North Central region in general. The project was approved for investment by the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee in 2016. The implementation of the project at this time not only contributes to the modernization of the Nghi Son seaport system, expanding the import and export needs of enterprises but also attracts many new shipping lines to Nghi Son port, thereby increasing the province's budget revenue, creating more jobs for the local labor force and neighboring areas.

In particular, the construction location of wharf No. 3 is an uninhabited area, not directly affecting the land and property of the people. However, taking advantage of the ignorance and stubbornness of a part of the people, on some social network accounts Facebook, TikTok... of the reactionary organization Viet Tan posted and shared a lot of false information about the meaning of the project; at the same time, distorting the fact that the functional forces and local authorities forced and suppressed people protesting the construction of wharf No. 3, Long Son Container Port with false, sensational, and like-baiting headlines.

Viet Tan is an exiled counter-revolutionary organization that regularly uses the development of the internet, especially social networks, to propagate, attack, and entice people to participate in sabotage and disorder. They hide under the guise of fighting for "democracy", "human rights", building "civil society"... but in reality, they propagate and distort the Party and State's guidelines, policies and guidelines; incite hostile thoughts and attitudes of youth, students and pupils towards cadres, party members and civil servants.

According to the authorities, Viet Tan has created hundreds of new accounts and many closed forums, combined with previous forums such as "Canh Tan", "Friends of Viet Tan", "Friends of Nguyen Quoc Quan"..., maintaining more than 1,000 social network accounts, posting and sharing negative articles and information in society to exaggerate, defame, and sabotage the country. At the same time, recruiting new propagandists to propagate Viet Tan's "messages" in the community of relatives and friends, thereby influencing ideology, discovering leads and introducing them to the organization through Facebook pages.

At the same time, to create strong influence, Viet Tan also maintains websites, radio stations, and creates newsletters, provides finance and means for its domestic subjects to collect information, write articles directly attacking Party and State leaders; deepens internal conflicts, focuses on exploiting events of public interest, integrates information that distorts the situation, defames and slanders our country's functional agencies.

Therefore, to effectively combat the insidious tricks and schemes of hostile forces, especially the reactionary organization Viet Tan, the authorities recommend that people need to be vigilant, increase their resistance to fabricated, bad, and toxic information, and not "like, share" or comment on unverified information. At the same time, share positive and verified information so that relatives and friends do not listen to or believe in fabricated information spread on the Internet.

On the part of the authorities, it is also necessary to strictly handle, try publicly, and impose appropriate penalties to set an example for organized and large-scale crimes, especially finding the masterminds and leaders and strictly handling them according to the provisions of the law.
