According to an official dispatch sent to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism , the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism will diversify specialized programs serving night tourism.
Highlights include historical shows such as: “Moon of the War Zone” held monthly at the Cu Chi Tunnels Historical Site and “Steel Land – The Safest Tunnel in the People’s Hearts” at the Cu Chi District Traditional House.

In addition, Ho Chi Minh City also has many culinary cultural spaces and nighttime food services that are proposed to be enhanced to serve night tourism such as: Bui Vien Night Street, Vinh Khanh food routes, food street in front of Quang Trung - Ho Thi Ky flagpole, Nguyen Thuong Hien food street, Food Street Market, Hoa Binh Square music water square, etc.
Along with that are shopping and night entertainment activities at major shopping centers such as Takashiyama, Aeon, Lotte Mart, Emart, specialized streets and Nguyen Hue walking street, which regularly organize art performances.
Along with that are sports activities, beauty care, health care at health care centers, beauty establishments, spas... associated with the development of medical tourism.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism said it will organize activities to attract and call for investment in tourism centers that combine events, nighttime entertainment, and regular cultural shows for visitors to experience. In particular, priority will be given to attracting investment projects along the Saigon River to increase nighttime entertainment activities associated with other services.
The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism also recommended that the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issue a public-private partnership mechanism according to regulations, creating favorable conditions for museums, relic sites... to attract units to cooperate and invest in night tourism.
At the same time, it is proposed to allow localities to proactively extend the time of organizing night service activities in appropriate areas and locations, expanding the space and experience time for tourists.
