Accordingly, instead of displaying according to the old structure of commune/ward, district/city, province/city, the address was edited according to the new standard. At the same time, the data also changed according to the new information after the merger.

By noon of the same day, the citizen management application was experiencing difficulty accessing. According to feedback from many users, they could not log in to pre-registered devices. The problem also appeared on the mobile application. In addition, the use of VNeID to log in to tax, insurance, and national public service tools was also interrupted.
"Many friends on Facebook shared information about viewing new locations on the VNeID app, so I also tried it. However, the app was interrupted at the login step. This is not too important, so I will try again later," said Duc Minh, a resident of Ho Chi Minh City.
In addition, the password recovery and NFC authentication login functions of the CCCD are also difficult to perform. "System connection failed. Please try again," VNeID announced. Currently, the VNeID website on computers is also difficult to access.
Previously, from June 27, the police of many provinces and cities announced the temporary suspension of some functions on the above application to update new two-level administrative data.
